The experience and values behind my coaching
With over a decade of experience as a therapist, coach, and facilitator, I bring both depth and practicality to my coaching. My style is warm, curious, and action-oriented — designed to help you grow with clarity, support, and accountability.

I’ve facilitated 500+ workshops for managers, executives, and teams at leading organizations. My experience spans working with global companies such as Google, Pinterest, Reddit, Dropbox, and Figma (via LifeLabs Learning) to redesigning, strengthening, and leading manager training programs in-house at Stripe, and consulting independently with diverse teams worldwide. I grew up and built my career in Silicon Valley, so I understand the realities of high-pressure environments and the unique mix of drive, stress, and opportunity that these settings create.

I hold a BA from Yale University and a Master of Social Work from Smith College. Beyond the credentials, I’m a lifelong psychology and personal growth nerd — continually learning, testing, and applying the latest thought leadership, research, and tools so my clients get what actually works.
