Drawing on my background in clinical and organizational psychology, teaching, and instructional design, I've built successful leadership development programs and taught 500+ workshops to managers, leaders, and teams at leading organizations. My experience spans working with global companies such as Google, Pinterest, Reddit, Figma, and Dropbox (via LifeLabs Learning) to leading manager training programs in-house at Stripe and consulting independently with teams worldwide. Through these experiences, I have learned what really works for lasting impact — both virtually and in-person.

My facilitation style is professional, approachable, and engaging to maximize impact and retention — no lectures or reading from slides! Workshop design and facilitation are based in neuroscience and tried-and-true adult learning best practices. Participants stay engaged, learn deeply, gain lasting insights, and come away inspired and ready to act.​

I grew up and built my career in Silicon Valley and am intimately familiar with the challenges and opportunities of living and working in fast-paced, high-pressure environments. I stay informed on the latest research and thought leadership and am constantly learning and applying tools both personally and professionally.

I hold a BA from Yale University and and a Master of Social Work from Smith College.
